Urbanite Wall
The TrafFix Urbanite creates a continuous hand guided safe passage through work-zones.
The TrafFix Urbanite is made of UV stabilized, high density polyethylene. The linkable Urbanites quickly and easily link together in 6 foot sections to allow the contractor flexibility in creating a safe pedestrian pathway.
Weighing only 23 lbs., the durable double walled, non-flexible, lightweight design makes the Urbanite easy to lift on and off the truck and easy to connect. The ten molded-in vertical windows reduce wind load, add strength and stability, and reduce overall weight of the Urbanite. They also allow a guide dog to see what is on the other side of the wall.
For ADA Compliant applications, TrafFix Devices offers the ADA Wall. The ADA Wall is used to create ADA compliant hand guided safe passages through work-zones and, like the Urbanite, is MASH Tested, Passed, and Eligible as a TL-3 Longitudinal Channelizing Device.

The ADA Wall is used to create hand guided safe passages through work-zones that meet ADA requirements and is MASH Tested, Passed, and Eligible as TL-3 Longitudinal Channelizing Device. The TrafFix ADA Wall is made of UV stabilized, high density polyethylene. Each ADA wall can quickly and easily link together in 6 foot sections to allow the contractor flexibility in creating a safe pedestrian pathway.

Step-n-Lock Vertical Panel
TrafFix Step-n-Lock Vertical Panel Barricade consist of durable blow molded polyethylene panel and recycled rubber base. To assemble, simply “Step-n-Lock” the vertical panel into the base. No heavy rings or bases that must be lifted over the top of the panel. For transportation and storage, both the panels and bases can be easily separated and stacked.
The panel separates from the base when impacted by a vehicle. The panel face is recessed to minimize abrasions and scratches to the expensive reflective sheeting. If severely damaged, the reflective sheeting can be replaced.
Premier Panel
Premier Panel is an all plastic and rubber vertical panel barricade that is designed to take repeated impacts with little or no damage to the Premier Panel or to the impacting vehicle. TrafFix Premier Vertical Panel is designed with a convenient handle which allows for easy movement and placement of the Premier Panel.
The Premier Panel accepts all standard and “D” cell Barricade Lights and stacks for easy storage and transport.
The Premier Panel comes with a variety of sheeting sizes, messages, and legends and is available in Orange or White polyethylene plastic for the highest visibility in any weather condition. Premier Panel bases come in 20 and 30 lb. weights and stack for easy transport and storage.
Phoenix Barricade Type III
The Phoenix Type III Barricade from TrafFix Devices is lightweight making it easy for a single worker to setup or breakdown. It comes complete with (2) 72″ steel or plastic pre-drilled uprights which attach to (2) 40 lb. recycled rubber and steel bases. The recycled rubber and steel bases nest together for easy storage and transport and each have a quick release pin for easy removal of the barricade uprights.
The Phoenix Type III Barricade is compatible with 4′, 6′, 8′, 10′, and 12′ Plastic Phoenix Rail panels and can be sheeted with Engineer Grade, High Intensity, or Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting. The Phoenix Type III Barricade is NCHRP 350 approved with two (2) standard barricade or two (2) small LED barricade lights.
High Impact Folding Barricade Type II
The 35000 Series barricades, feature metal legs with High Impact (blow molded) panels. Now you can combine the strength of impact resistant plastic panels with traditional metal legs. These barricade components come together to form a more durable folding barricade.

High Impact Folding Barricade Type I
All Folding Barricades from TrafFix Devices meet or exceed MUTCD Standards.
TrafFix Devices Plastic Folding Barricades are made from durable impact resistant polyethylene. The lightweight and easy to handle Blow Molded plastic legs provide increased strength to minimize barricade damage and prevents sagging in extreme heat. The modular design allows for easy replacement of components, saving you time, money, and helps keep waste out of our landfills. The unique San-Fil bottom panels eliminates those messy and unruly sand bags and helps to stabilize the barricade in windy conditions.
All TrafFix Devices Barricade Panels are recessed to protect the expensive reflective sheeting and feature molded-in male and female stacking lugs to keep the barricades firmly in place for transport and storage. Barricade Panels can be stacked with or without attached Barricade Lighting.
A-Frames & Rails
TrafFix A-Frame is made of rigid impact resistant polyethylene. The A-Frame barricade leg is sand fillable for ballasting, stackable for storage and transportation. Each A-Frame barricade leg can be used with the TrafFix I-Beam Rails, Phoenix Plastic Rails, 1″ × 8″ or 2″ × 8″ nominal lumber.
